- N-400 applicants who's
application is
received
by USCIS
on that day or after,
will have to study the 2025 version of the Civics questions.
This is 128 questions
instead of 100.
They will have to answer 20 questions and as long as they answer 12 questions correctly they will pass their test.

All application payments will only be accepted via a bank to bank system that goes through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) process.
You will need to inform your bank and allow your account to be accessed by the ACH process and you will need a "location code" to do this process.
You will need to submit a USCIS Form G-1650.
